We require print-quality files. The ideal format is PDF,PSD and AI with 3mm bleed. All text should be converted to curves (creating outlines), images should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI, and use the CMYK color mode.

About Quotation and order
- Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
- Material and surface finishing (We could advise if you’re not sure)
- Printing requirements (outside only or both outside and inside, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, debossing etc.)
- Quantity per each style. We set up production line by style and quantity per style is critical to decide the price. The higher quantity, the much lower price.
- We can do whatever shipment term. FOB or EXW price is our usual price term, if you need CIF or DDP or DAP price, please let us know your port of destination.

Typically, the MOQ for custom cards is 500 set and puzzles that can be use our standard die-cut is 300 sets, while board games may have a slightly higher MOQ due to their complexity. The MOQ for custom box is 3000 set. Please contact us for an accurate quote regarding specific quantities

Of course! We work with you to get it right before we print. Here’s how we ensure your game board is perfect:
Step 1: Finalize the Design (Digital Proof)
We’ll send you a digital proof (PDF) to approve. This is the final check for colors, text, and layout. Once you give the “OK,” we’ll move to production.
Step 2: Feel the Quality (Physical Sample)
For extra confidence, you can order a physical sample:
Material Sample: See and feel the print quality and board texture (you just pay shipping).
Full Prototype: Get a complete, handmade copy of your final game board (includes a prototype fee and shipping fee).
Total production time includes pre-processing, production, and quality inspection. Typically:
Card products (playing cards, tarot cards, etc.): Approximately 15-20 business days.
Puzzles and board games: Approximately 20-30 business days.
The specific time depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. You will receive a detailed timeline after order confirmation.
