Projects We Did: Our Work at Scale
By 2026, we have completed 5,000+ projects and shipped 2.3 million+ products worldwide.
Most of our clients require NDA agreements. We cannot show most of their actual games, brand names, or production details. The cases below are from our clients, shown with their permission. They reflect the same work we do for partners around the world, and the real project types we handle every day.
Wuxia Card Game — “Jianghu”
A Shanghai-based indie studio came to us with a deck-building game set in a martial arts world. They needed 3,000 units for a Modian crowdfunding campaign. The cards had foil-stamped faction logos and linen-texture finish. We produced the samples in 10 days. The campaign hit 400% funding. They reordered twice in six months.
English Learning Game — “Gùgōng”
A Beijing educational publisher wanted a simplified version of a palace-intrigue worker placement game for an international school English classes. They needed 5,000 units with plastic-coated player boards that could survive classroom use. We suggested a thicker 2.5mm board and rounded corners. No returns after two semesters.
Card Game for Cafes
A Chengdu cafe chain brand commissioned a card-driven reincarnation-theme party game for their brand. They wanted 1,000 units with a look that matched their industrial-style decor. We used black-core cards with matte finish and a minimalist kraft-paper box. It became their best-selling house game.
“Three Kingdoms” Spin-off
A “Three Kingdoms kills” fan designer in created a simplified “Three Kingdoms” variant for fan play. He needed 2,000 units for sale at a local comic convention. We helped him split the print run — 500 with premium UV-coated boxes for collectors, 1,500 with standard finish for retail.
Puzzle “Tang Dynasty Scroll”
A Hangzhou art studio designed a 500-piece puzzle that doubles as a hidden-object board game. The pieces needed to be thick enough for repeated disassembly but the image had to stay sharp. We tested three board densities before locking the spec. The final product is now in museum gift shops.
Mini-Game — “Sichuan Snack Bar”
A solo designer made a series of 18-card micro-games about Chinese street food culture. She wanted 500 units of each of three titles, with shared box dimensions so they stack on shelves. We designed a unified tuck-box template that cut her per-unit cost by 30%.
Board Game “Dragon Boat”
A Shenzhen publisher aimed at the overseas market with a racing game based on dragon boat festivals. They needed CE/EN71 certification for EU sales. We produced the pre-production samples, sent them to a third-party accredited lab, and delivered the full certification package with the first shipment.
Monopoly-Style Trading Game
A U.S. client brought this project to us in February. The game idea was already close to a Monopoly-style property trading game, but the physical parts were not ready for production yet. We made the first sample with a quad-fold board, paper money, pawns, dice and house tokens. The packing was adjusted once before the bulk order.
At the beginning we used standard game pieces first. No new mold at this stage. The client wanted to test the rules and artwork before putting more budget into custom parts. After sample approval, the same build went into a 3,000-set run. Before shipment, we also helped arrange SGS China testing for ASTM F963 / CPSC requirements for U.S. sales.
Clue-Style Mystery Game
A Thai client came to us with a mystery deduction board game idea. The rough direction was already close to a Clue-style game, but the physical parts were not ready for production. We helped fix the card groups and card quantity first, then prepared dieline templates for the cards, board and box.
The first images were made with AI, but some faces, rooms and board details were not suitable for direct printing. We helped the client find a designer in China to rebuild the artwork into printable files. Once the sample was approved, the same card count, board layout and packing structure was adopted for the bulk production.
